She has had previоus lumbar surgery but her neurologist feels she may have developed a lesion in the upper spine.After doing the Lumbar spine examination the Radiologist requests a thoracic spine on Kathy. A 24 cm FOV sagittal T-spine demonstrates a cord compression. How can the vertebral level be determined?
