Also per the syllabus, at the discretion of the instructor, violations (except where explicitly permitted under DRC testing accommodations) may result in a penalty ranging from a 5-point deduction up to the full point value of the exam (56 points). The severity of the penalty will be determined based on the nature of the violation and whether multiple violations occurred.
