Describe what occurred in the case using your own words. Understanding Public Morality Laws Part II – Case Explanation in Layman’s Terms (Minimum 200–300 words) Explain the case as if you were describing it to someone with no legal background. Simplify the legal concepts and clearly describe what happened and why it matters. Court Decisions & Legal Reasoning Part III – Critical Thinking Questions Answer the questions listed at the end of the Capstone Case (pages 396–398). Responses must be thorough and in your own words. Each response should be a minimum of 100 words. Formatting Requirements Number each response clearly. Use complete sentences and paragraph format. Minimum total word count: 700 words.
