I understаnd thаt prоper cаmera placement is my respоnsibility and failure can result in seriоus penalties on this exam. My room will remain quiet and distraction free. My eyes will remain on the screen at all times, and not constantly look to the side or in my lap. I will not read questions out loud.

I will tell the proctors if I am in a testing center on campus, and the instructor will understand the limited room scan. I have shown my computer monitor with a mirror (not required if using an external webcam that is positioned to the side) I have shown each ear to the camera. I do not have any electronic devices in my ears that have not been approved by my instructor. If glasses are worn, they are not an electronic device. If authenticity of the glasses needs to be investigated, I will abide by the instructor's request. If the answer is no to any of these statements, I will correct it now before moving to the next question.
