Scenаriо:Yоu аre reviewing а PivоtTable summary of 199 restaurant visits. The table shows two row categories (Dinner and Lunch) and six column headers labeled 1 through 6. Inside the grid, the cell corresponding to Dinner and column 2 displays the value 86. What does the number 86 represent in this analysis?

PASSAGE 1: THE EVOLUTION OF PUBLIC SPACE (Questiоns 1–15) Mоdern cities аre оften prаised аs great examples of human engineering and social connection. However, behind the bright walls of glass and steel lies a more complicated story about the loss of real public spaces. In history, public areas—such as the open marketplaces in ancient Greece or traditional town squares—served as equal spaces where people from all social and economic backgrounds could meet, debate, and socialize. In modern city planning, however, these natural gathering areas are slowly being replaced by "pseudo-public spaces" (spaces that look public but are actually private).   Shopping malls, corporate plazas, and private indoor parks may copy the look of a traditional public square, but they are fundamentally private properties driven by strict business rules. In these areas, human behavior is carefully controlled. Activities that do not make money or that cause disruptions, such as giving out political flyers, hanging around without buying anything, or being homeless, are quickly stopped by private security guards. This shift to private ownership changes the social feel of the city. When human interaction is filtered through a business lens, city residents are viewed primarily as shoppers. As a result, poor or marginalized groups are intentionally kept out, which divides city communities even further.   Critics argue that this trend harms democracy itself. A healthy democratic society depends on unplanned meetings—accidental interactions with people from different backgrounds and with different viewpoints. When public spaces are cleaned up and privatized, individuals hide inside groups of people who are exactly like them. This reduces empathy and stops people from participating in community life. On the other hand, defenders of private development, who are funded by powerful real estate companies, completely ignore these warnings. They claim that anyone who opposes private city development simply wants our beautiful cities to fall apart into chaotic, crime-ridden, socialist communes. To fight against private ownership, a growing movement of city activists is asking for the return of public lands, demanding that cities prioritize open spaces that are free and open to everyone.
