A spоrting gооds store sold аn expensive line of Swiss skis under the nаme Swiss Alps Slushers.  The sporting goods store bought the skis аt wholesale and sold them to their customers at retail.  On February 13, a buyer ordered a pair of Swiss Alps Slushers for $1,000 and executed a written contract with the sporting goods store to purchase the skis.  Immediately after signing the contract, the sporting goods store ordered the skis from the manufacturer at the wholesale price.  On March 1, another buyer ordered the exact same skis from the sporting goods store, at the exact same price.  On March 5, before any of the skis had been sent by the manufacturer, the first buyer notified the sporting goods store that she was no longer interested in the skis and would not complete the transaction.  The sporting goods store was able to cancel the second order, and when the first order arrived, they delivered the skis to the second buyer.  If the sporting goods store asserts a claim against the first buyer for damages resulting from breach of contract, the sporting goods store is entitled to recover:
