Pleаse review the fоllоwing excerpts frоm the College of Nursing Exаminаtion Policy: Students are expected to take all examinations at their originally scheduled times. Students who anticipate missing an exam or arriving late should notify the instructor prior to the scheduled start time of the exam. If students are using SAS testing services, they should also notify the SAS team. Timely communication ensures the opportunity to complete a make-up exam without penalty. If a student communicates with the instructor before the scheduled start time of the exam, they will be allowed to make up the exam. If a student does not communicate before the scheduled start time of the exam, they will still be permitted to make up the exam; however, this will result in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) due to the lack of timely communication. Each student is allowed one make-up exam per course. If a subsequent exam is missed, a zero will be given on the subsequent missed exam. Please refer to the syllabus for further information regarding institutional policies.
