Little Suzy is 45 yeаrs оld аnd а single mоther whо has gained some minor weight after a recent pregnancy. Her BMI is 27. She recently moved to your city alone due to a new job. In an attempt to get back into shape she started exercising on her own, but commented on the following:  A. Light headedness during mild exertion B. Numbness in her feet during running C. Blood pressure (180/110) - during exercise.  D. Can't "catch her breath" during running/has some chest "tightness" E. She also mentions how she is busy with the baby and it makes it challenging to exercise.    Questions: 1. What are some cardiovascular recommendations for her? Would HRR be a good tool in this scenario? What would be her approximate target heart rates you might recommend if her resting heart rate was 70 bpm and why? If your mental math is bad, you can still write out/explain how to calculate HRR. Don't necessarily need actual numbers.  2. Are any of the symptoms (A-D) she reported an area for concern? Why or why not? What might her issues indicate?  3.  What are 2 different retention models discussed in class you could emphasis or implement? Briefly explain why they are relevant.
