Yоu аnd yоur AEMT pаrtner аre dispatched fоr a 4 year old patient who is unconscious. You have a 7 minute response. You arrive to find the patient in his mother's lap. The patient does not appear responsive, is cyanotic around the lips, and doesn't respond to painful stimuli. The patient has a slow weak radial pulse. The patient has what appears to be bicycling with the right leg a repeated motion mimicking the motion of peddling a bicycle and has a deconjugate gaze to the right side. The patient's mother reports that she hasn't been able to wake him up for almost 15 minutes. What is your differential diagnosis?
