The following was obtained: O- 15 Minutes from leaving the store; P- Nothing makes it better, Walking makes it worst; Q- Heavy pressure on my chest; R- " All over my chest"; S- 10/10; Time- Constant. S- + SOB, + CP, + Dyspnea on Exertion (DOE); A- PCN and Food allergy of peanuts; M- " I have this EPI pen [Epinephrine pen] that I keep with me"; P- He denies; L- " 15 minutes ago at the store. I ate a candy bar"; E- " I don't know". And, now the vitals are obtained: Blood pressure 82/ 38; Heart Rate of 134 (Regular and Strong); Resp. Rate of 36 with pulse ox of 88 %, RA.
