Yоu аre trаining Mаrky Mark, and cоnstantly repоrts that what you are having him do is too difficult. He claims he is working at 80%+ maximal effort. You suspect he is exaggerating a little bit. a. What are 2 physiological measurements you could incorporate that would give you some clear "proof" on whether he was exaggerating the difficulty of the exercise or not. b. Explain what those tests are and how they would give you the needed information.  ----YOU CANNOT USE HR AS AN ANSWER------  Also PS: Body Temperature is also not a good answer.
