XYZ Cоrpоrаtiоn is а credit cаrd company. Due to a recent increase in card theft, the company needs to evaluate several security measures, including the procedure by which customers create the pin numbers for their cards. The current procedure, Procedure 1, allows the customer to create a pin with 10 characters which can consist of any of the digits 0 through 9. In this procedure, once a number is used, it cannot be used again. The proposed procedure, Procedure 2, allows the customer to create a pin with six characters, which can consist of any of the digits 0 through 9. In this procedure, a number can be re-used as many times as the customer desires. The procedure with the greater number of options for the customer’s pin is the better procedure. Which procedure is best?  Show your work.  Justify your answer.
