Writing Assignment #2 Dаnielle wоrks аs а financial analyst fоr BrightWave, a rapidly grоwing marketing company.  One morning, Danielle is running late for work when she sees her usual bus approaching a stop across the street.  Knowing that the next bus will not arrive for another 25 minutes, Danielle rushes across the street without looking for oncoming traffic or using the crosswalk.  She is struck by Marcus, who is driving his car above the posted speed limit. Danielle suffers a broken arm and is taken to the hospital by ambulance. While Danielle is recovering in the hospital, police officers arrive to question her about a suspected fraud scheme involving BrightWave.  The officers notice Danielle’s backpack on a chair beside her hospital bed.  Without obtaining a warrant, or asking Danielle for permission, or explaining why they are taking it, the officers seize the backpack and open it.  Inside, they find Danielle’s tablet.  The officers turn on the tablet and search its contents, discovering spreadsheets and emails showing that large sums of BrightWave’s money were transferred into Danielle’s personal bank account. After discovering this information, the officers inform Danielle of her legal rights and question her about the suspected fraud.  During the interrogation, Danielle confesses to transferring the company’s money into her personal account.
