You have tentatively diagnosed her with a post-traumatic stress disorder, but what other condition might she have?

She is at 34 weeks gestation and comes into the office today with a report of decreased fetal movements and she is worried since the baby usually moves often. Her care has been unremarkable to date. She has had all her lab work and visits on time and all has been within normal parameters. On examination, her blood pressure is 150/90 mm Hg. She has +2 pitting edema on both her lower extremeties. Her fundal height is 28 cm. Her urine has +1 protein today. Fetal heart tones are 110 beats/min. What is your diagnosis today, your plan and your explanation to your patient of the probable course of events that will follow?
