After stabilization, a neurologist further assessed the patient utilizing the following details. Mr. Patrick was unconscious 3-4 hours. He is still having post-trauma amnesia 2 days later, his Glasgow Coma Scale on assessment was 10, but the CT scan is normal at this time.  As his nurse, what level of severity on the TBI scale do you anticipate the neurologist will assign to Mr. Patirck?
