A 74-yeаr-оld оn sertrаline presents with heаdache, nausea, gait unsteadiness, and Na⁺ 122 mEq/L. Serum оsmolality is low; urine osmolality is high. Exam shows no edema. Which diagnosis best fits?

However, no phones, tablets, laptops, or programmable calculators are allowed, and such devices must be placed on silent and packed away during the exam. Provide clear derivations for all your solutions. Partial credit points may be available for problems in part II, but only if the derivation/argument is clearly visible. When approximations are used, justifications must be given. Mark your final answers CLEARLY. If you wish to strike out or erase something, please do so CLEARLY. If there are contradicting solutions to a question, the INCORRECT one shall be graded.  If your exam utilizes Gradescope's Student App, do NOT upload to Gradescope. You will only upload your scanned exam file to this D2L quiz.
