Yоu hаve аrrived оn scene оf а house party on a 13 year-old male that is unresponsive. Kids at the party state they do not know what happened to him and that they found him in a bedroom on the floor lying prone. The house is filled with kids and bottles of alcohol and beer. The patient presents unresponsive with cyanotic, cool, and clammy skin. His BP is 100/50, HR is 130 and regular at the radial, RR 4 breaths per minute and shallow, Pupils are 1 mm and non-reactive, SPO2 is 80%, ETCO2 is 60 mmHg, BGL is 130 mg/dL.
