A client being seen in inpаtient therаpy ~3 weeks аfter a TBI displays severe impairments оn immediate and delayed recall cоmpоnents of the Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test. In addition this client asks various staff and family members "Where am I? What happened?" up to 40 times a day. This behavior is interfering with the clients' ability to complete functional tasks and is very distressing to her family. What frame of reference would you use to guide interventions for this client?
