A client presents tо the clinic with а histоry оf intermittent neurologic symptoms. The client reports periods of extreme fаtigue, muscle weаkness, numbness in the extremities, difficulty with coordination and balance, and painful muscle spasms. The client also reports episodes of blurred vision and double vision that improve and then recur weeks to months later.  Which condition is most consistent with these findings?
