Selling expenses of 7% would have to be paid at that time, and The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 6.2% per year quoted as an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for the couple. a). Based on the information, what’s the internal rate of return for the couple if they purchase the property and sell it in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years respectively? (3 points for each answer) b).
