Identify the legal issue discussed in the case. Provide your analysis and reasoning based on the reading. Your response must clearly demonstrate that you read and understood the Capstone Case. Part 2 – Graph Analysis (Figure 4-1, Page 108) Students must use the graph shown in Figure 4-1 on page 108 to complete this section of the assignment. The graph contains multiple boxes that illustrate the legal approaches and tests used by courts to determine criminal attempt and criminal liability. Students must carefully examine the graph and explain each box in the exact order it appears in the graph. For each box in the graph, students must: Identify the exact name of the approach or test as it appears in the graph. Explain what the approach or test means. Describe how courts use that test when determining criminal responsibility. Explain why that concept is important in determining criminal attempt. Students must follow the exact order of the boxes shown in the graph and explain each box in their own words. Your response must clearly demonstrate that you used the graph to guide your explanation.
