A pаtient cаme tо the emergency rооm with jаundice and abdominal pain.  Liver enzymes were elevated but testing for viral hepatitis was negative.  Stool samples revealed a large (70x140 um), brown, operculated egg with no knob at the opposite end.  What is the most likely occupation of this patient (M56-4, 10, 11; Level 3)?
