The informant is a former roommate of Able’s who indicated that Able is always dropped off at the airport in a black Toyota Corolla for a midnight flight, 1 hour before takeoff and pays for his ticket at the counter with $50 bills. The police then observe that on two occasions Able arrived and acted just as predicted by the informant. On the basis of the information from the informant the police obtain a warrant.
