Using the cаse study аbоve, stаte and suppоrt with case study cоntent the 5 stages of group development.  If you give me vague content, I will not grade it; the support must be directly from the case study below.  Do not use artificial intelligence!  A large service organization assembled a group of employees to develop new company processes to improve management of the company’s large client base. The project lead, Sandra, from the Chicago office, was selected as team lead/project manager because of her 15 years’ experience building cross-functional virtual teams and managing process improvement projects. Harmonious Sandra organized a two-day, face-to-face, kick-off meeting at the head office in New York City. She included team-building activities and decision-making opportunities related to roles and responsibilities and project tasks. Team building was effective, and everyone voiced a commitment to the project goals and deliverables. People got to know each other, and they talked about their personal lives - hobbies, family, and such. Sandra saw the group engaged with each other and with the project plan. As a bonus, members seemed genuinely to like and respect one another! Discussion about roles and responsibilities revealed some competitive behaviour as members vied for "key" positions on the team; however, the group reached an overall agreement on who would be responsible for specific components of the project and the work to be done. Work started from different home bases. Peter put up the project schedule based on conversations with Mohammed and Ameya; however, Donna and Edith felt cut out of the scheduling decisions. They spoke with Peter about feeling disregarded, possibly because they were junior among the group members. They asked Peter to reconsider their concerns that the project schedule was too ambitious.  At the same time, Edith argued with Ameya about who would lead database design and development. Edith acknowledged Ameya’s seniority, but she also assertively explained to Ameya that she agreed to be on the project because of a promise of a lead role. Edith explained that she was motivated by the opportunity to develop her skills and advance to a more senior position after the project was completed. If she had known in advance that Ameya would be the lead, Edith would have made a different decision. It was an uncomfortable conversation.  I got you..... Additionally, Mohammed set off on his own and did not keep the others informed about his work, nor did he initially keep his information on the SharePoint site up to date. No one really knew what he was working on or how much progress he was making in the first few weeks. So, Sandra convened a virtual meeting to reiterate roles and responsibilities and ensure everyone understood how to work remotely. In the weeks that followed that meeting, Sandra noticed that arguments/disagreements were at a minimum, and when they did occur, the team worked them out quickly without requiring her involvement.  UMM what are you doing?  Within three months, the group pulled together and worked as a team - supporting each other and relying on each other to make decisions. They were highly motivated to reach the end goal. When a conflict occurred - such as a disagreement on how to accomplish a task - the group usually worked it out without relying on Sandra’s help. Also, the team members helped each other to grow and develop their skills. For example, Edith agreed to work with Ameya, who taught her many new skills in database design and development. Ameya also took the lead on several key tasks. You should not be using Artificial Intelligence.  The project wrapped up as a huge success! Newly designed processes immediately led to measurable improvements in client management and support. Team members were reassigned to other projects; sadly, no one was assigned together to the next project. They will miss working together. Each hopes that there will be a future project and another opportunity to work together!  The End!
