A 65 yeаr оld mаle with PMH оf HTN, COPD with 45 pаck-year-histоry who quit 5 years ago repots shortness of breath which has been worsening for the last few weeks.  Patient reports the SOB developed gradually and now he feels out of breath after 2 steps.  Patient reports his chronic productive cough has somewhat worsened over the last 2 weeks.  Patient denies fever, chills, nasal congestion, chest pain or leg swelling.  On exam, patient is well developed male, appears in mild respiratory distress and tachypneic, but speaking full sentences.  Chest expansion is symmetric, anterior:lat diameter is 2:1.  Trachea midline. (-) JVD. On auscultation, lungs with diffuse wheezing. Mild scattered rales are heard and are more prominent in the lower fields.  Lung sounds decreased on auscultation Rt lower lung field.  S1 and S2 with no murmurs, rubs or gallops.  No leg edema.  The rest of the exam is unremarkable.  VS: BP: 145/95 sitting Rt arm; HR: 105 bpm; R: 22 breath per minute; T: 98.6F oral; Pulse Ox: 92% on Room Air. Please provide differential diagnosis for this presentation (list at least 5) AND what imaging would be indicated for this case.
