27. A 23 YO Mаle cоmes intо yоur office for а sick visit on Fridаy at 4:00 p.m. He has not been feeling well for a week, and has a sore throat. VS stable. Afebrile. He is not taking any medications and he has not allergies to medications/supplements/environment. He is hydrating, but cannot eat meals due tot he discomfort in his throat.  On clinical exam, nasal turbinates are clear with no edema, erythema, or discharge.  Grade III tonsils with erythema and mild purulence are noted on oral exam. Uvula is midline with no edema or erythema. Oropharynx does not have any drainage or erythema.  Otoscope exam is negative. There is no submandibular or post auricular adenopathy on palpation. Lungs clear to auscultation bilaterally.  You diagnosis the patient with Tonsillitis and prescribe:
