Dan beweeg sy met ’n drafstap-roeibeweging na die kant van die swembad, asof sy maar gaan uitklim. Maar uitklim wil sy nie. Nog ’n probeerslag, dié keer suksesvol, volg. 11. Uiteindelik kry een man flink ’n lap oor die amber-oë gegooi. Die krokodil hou brommend op rol.
