Laboratory findings were unremarkable except for a BUN of 47 mg/dL and plasma creatinine of 2.1 mg/dL. BP- 115/85 mm Hg; P- 70 bpm; RR- 24/min What is the most likely cause of the reoccurrence of his peripheral edema?
