The patient took one of their own NTG without relief. PMH: HTN, angina; 30-yr hx of smoking; moderate obesity. Meds: Lopressor. Skin is pale, cool & moist. VS: BP 130/70, pulse present, HR & rhythm as below; R 22; RA SpO2 95%, heart and lung sounds are normal. rhythm2.jpg The pain persists and there are no contraindications to administer nitro. How many additional NTG tabs may be given to reach the max total per SOP, considering the amount taken prior to EMS arrival?
