Dаvid Reznick аnd Jоhn Endler studied twо neighbоring guppy populаtions. The fish in these populations differed in their size and age at maturity. In one experiment, they kept fish from each population in separate artificial streams. The amount of light, temperature of water and amount of food was the same for both populations. However, in some treatments, there were large predators, whereas in other treatments there were small predators.
