Both persons’ heart rates are measured at rest and recorded in a table. Person A runs on the same spot for exactly 30 seconds, lifting their knees up high When Person A finished running for 30 seconds, Person B takes Person A’s pulse and records it in a table. Person A must then rest for one minute. Next, Person B runs on the same spot for exactly 30 seconds, lifting their knees up high. When Person B finished running for 30 seconds, Person A takes Person B’s pulse and records it in the table. Person B must then rest for one minute.
