Victor is a freelance photographer. He operates as an independent contractor, and offers photography services for weddings, graduations, and corporate events in and around the Tampa area.  One day, on his way to a photography shoot, Victor is involved in a serious car accident, and sustains serious injury to both his left arm and leg. The injury requires surgery at the hospital, which ends up costing $15,000. Additionally, Victor will need three months of physical therapy sessions to rehabilitate, which costs an additional $5,000.  During the three months Victor is rehabilitating, he is not physically able to perform any photography services; and as a result could not accept any photography contracts.    The above scenario is an example of a Personal Risk for Victor. Which consequence of a personal risk does the underlined sentence meet?
