Case Study #3b Scenario Karly is an emergency medical technician who is called to the home of Kevin, a 13-week-old boy who is having trouble breathing. Karly asked when Kevin had been last fed, and his mom reported that she had just switched him over to formula that she was making herself, from organic pasteurized cow’s milk, nonfat dry milk, and raw honey obtained from a local beekeeper.
