Instead of throwing all the wasted apples away, Thembi wants to sell the apples at the local market in summer time. Thembi decides to design a market stand and she spends hours researching the types of designs she can possibly use. Once she has come up with a design that displays the apples she sends it to a carpenter. Before the carpenter can make the market stand, Thembi decides to visit him and discuss her design and plans. After the stand has been made, Thembi attends her first market. Thembi is very happy,  the stand was a success!  It held all the apples in a nice display, which attracted many customers.
