You have created some healthy goals for yourself that includes eating better and exercising more. Even though your significant other says that they are supportive of this goal (and you really do think they mean it), they are always encouraging you to combat your stressful schedule by getting fast food instead of cooking dinner at home or sitting on the couch and relaxing instead of going to the gym.
