As we learned about occupational balance, you were tasked with assessing where you stood in this area. You were asked to consider setting specific goals to find better balance in your life. This occupation is defined as “activities that involve social interaction with others, including family, friends, peers, and community members, and that support social interdependence” (AOTA, 2020).
