During a leadership team meeting, a Supervisor made a comment that you expect some employees might find culturally insensitive. A few team members exchanged uncomfortable glances but didn’t speak up. After the meeting, you hear some employees expressing that they felt hurt by the comment. The Supervisor seems unaware that their remark caused concern. What would you do?
