An African American 68 year old female presents to the emergency department with complaints of eye pain that started a few hours ago. She reports intense pain to her left eye with difficulty seeing. She describes seeing halos around lights. History of HTN, DM, and Addison’s disease. On exam, the left pupil is dilated and erythema is noted to the conjunctiva. Optic disc is irregular.
