After talking to other customers and the service technician, Greg finds out three things that make him absolutely furious: (1) his car is not the only car today that was not ready when it was promised, (2) the reasons the cars are not ready is because the dealership manager didn’t adequately prepare for the recall and failed to order enough parts for all the customers who need the recall repair at his dealership, and (3) other dealerships in the area were able to get plenty of parts – there was no “act of God” or problem at the parts facility or anything else that would have prevented Greg’s dealership from getting the parts.
