Students are responsible for ensuring their technology works properly with Honorlock. This includes using an updated version of Google Chrome, removing or disabling conflicting extensions, and ensuring antivirus or other software does not interfere with the system. If a student’s device or internet connection cannot support Honorlock, they must make reasonable alternative arrangements (for example, using a campus computer or another compatible device) before the exam deadline. The exams are available over several weeks to allow flexibility, but the course is not designed for students to complete all exams during the final week. Waiting until the end of the term and then experiencing technical problems does not justify make-up exams or extensions.
