A 28 year old male presents to the office complaining of weakness on the right side of his face. His right eyebrow is drooping and he has a hard time closing it. Additionally, he is drooling from the right side of his mouth and is not able to smile evenly. He has no past medical history, his blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels are all within normal limits. He has no family history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia or coronary artery disease.
