He has self-diagnosed himself with anxiety and recently reached out to his physician for a referral to see a psychologist. At his physician’s visit, they drew labs and did a physical. He has been thinking more about his diet following his father’s death and is thinking about making a change. He has started walking about a month ago.  His physician sends him to a health coach and asks him to track his sleep and activity. He is here to see you with the following information. He reports he thinks his sleep is fine and, although he feels tired most days, he doesn’t seem interested in changing his sleep.
