Read the post and choose the letter that corresponds to the correct answer according to the article. Una reflexión sobre la comida rápida La comida rápida es un tipo de comida que se hace en algunos restaurantes como McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. Esta comida es, como dice su nombre, muy rápida de preparar y en pocos minutos ya puedes comerla. Lo malo es que no sabes qué ingredientes puede tener, por ejemplo, una hamburguesa de Burger King. Mi opinión sobre este tipo de comida es que no se debe consumir en grandes cantidades porque puede ser mala para la salud. Además me pregunto si (if) esta comida está en buenas condiciones. En primer lugar, los trabajadores no tienen cuidado a la hora de elaborar la comida. A veces se cae al suelo algún ingrediente y lo ponen de nuevo en la comida sin importarles las consecuencias para los clientes. Algunas personas dicen que esta comida es buena porque es rápida de hacer para gente que tiene prisa, gente que no puede ir a casa a comer y gente que no quiere gastar mucho dinero en comida. Pero, si pensamos ¿no es mejor llevar comida de casa que sabes qué ingredientes tiene porque la preparaste tú? Los productos de la comida rápida tienen mala calidad. Por ejemplo, puedes ver que no tienen un color como la comida de casa, que la carne está dura, que tiene mucha sal, etc. Por eso quiero la prohibición de este tipo de comida porque no es buena para la salud. Un hombre de Estados Unidos hizo una vez un experimento con la comida rápida. Durante un mes se alimentó solo de hamburguesas y patatas fritas de estos restaurantes. Antes de finalizar el mes, el médico que comprobaba su estado de salud le dijo que si seguía comiendo ese tipo de comida por una semana más, podía morir por la cantidad de colesterol alcanzado. En su cuerpo tenía altas cantidades de grasa acumulada y mucho colesterol. Así, este hombre demostró qué puede pasarle a una persona que come habitualmente esta comida. Después de estos argumentos, ¿todavía (still) creen que la comida rápida no es mala para la salud? Yo creo que está bien clara la respuesta y si no confían en mi opinión deben hacer como el hombre del experimento anterior y luego mirar su estado de salud.
