I will be locked out of Lecture Exam 1 if I do not complete the Mandatory Honorlock Test Policy and Agreement assignment located in the Start Here Module by the stated due date. I will accrue late penalties for the exam until I am in compliance.

I understand that before starting any proctored exam, I MUST scan my work area with my laptop to ensure there are no phones or other additional devices, notes, books, etc. I understand that failure to comply will result in a 50% penalty for my initial infraction, and 100% for subsequesnt infractions. I understand there are no exceptions to this unless I have the required accommodations that are discussed with Professor Bogart PRIOR to completing the exam.

I understand that Lecture and Laboratory are SEPARATE COURSES and therefore have different PowerPoint presentations, Module Assignments, and Exams that are accessed through their respective Canvas course. If you do not complete the separate Lab course assignments, you will fail the Lab portion of the course.

I understand that when completing the textbook Chapter Study Guides, I must use the textbook information to answer the questions and not the internet. Answers to Lecture exam questions are based on the textbook material. I understand that if I do not complete the Chapter Study Guides located in the Module Plan files, I will perform poorly in the course. 75% of exam questions come from the Chapter Study Guide information.

Please provide the six (6) Course Level Learning Outcomes (CLLOs) for this course. These NEW CLLOs are in the first chart on our syllabus. You do not need to include the aligned GEM Outcomes. Please write these out fully.
