Three veins come together just below the hip to form the [A]. The large vein that extends through the center of the thigh is the [B]. The large medial vein that extends from the foot is the [C]. The lateral vein that drains deep tissue in the thigh is the [D].  See the image below for reference. The left image is the anterior view and the right image is the posterior view.

The [A] is located near the clavicle and collects blood from the arm. It drains into the [B], which also receives blood from the head via the [C] from the outside regions and the [D] from the inside regions of the head.
