Topic: Using the thesis statement that you wrote in response to the previous question, write three body paragraphs in which you discuss and explain three of your favorite pastimes. In other words, what are three ways that you like to spend your time? For instance, you might enjoy playing a sport, reading books, spending time with family and/or friends, watching movies and/or television shows, fishing, swimming, or even just relaxing. You should choose three different pastimes and devote one body paragraph to each choice. In each body paragraph, explain why you enjoy that pastime and consider providing an example of a time when you enjoyed spending your time in that manner. Please ensure your choices are appropriate for a school setting. While your essay will involve your own opinions, experiences, values, and background, you still must convincingly express your ideas in a well-organized essay that demonstrates your acquired knowledge regarding proper and logical essay structure. Remember to include the forecasting thesis statement (that you wrote in response to the previous question on this exam) and three well-developed body paragraphs (comprised of at least five sentences each). *NOTE: In the interest of time, you are welcome to skip writing an introduction and conclusion paragraph that would make a complete five-paragraph essay.
