NG tube hooked to low intermittent suction. Dark red output present. Bowel sounds hypoactive x4 quadrants. Electrocardiogram: Sinus Tachycardia at a rate of 106 beats per minute. PR interval 0.18 seconds. ST segment at isometric line. No evidence of T wave inversion or increased height.
