Case 7 [10 points] Jerome is a 65-year-old male starting outpatient therapy. He had a left MCA ischemic stroke 3 months prior. His assessment showed mild anomic aphasia (Western Aphasia Battery – Revised Aphasia Quotient = 80/100) with verbal expression characterized by non-specific language and circumlocution. Jerome is a retired sheet metal worker. Prior to his stroke, he enjoyed meeting his friends for lunch and talking about sports. His spouse reports he has not been out with his friends since getting out of the hospital and has mostly been watching television. What other components will be important to include in the treatment plan? List the A-FROM domain and a specific target, activity, or recommendation that fits within that domain.
