Opinion question (worth up to 1 point Extra Credit)  1a. (worth 1/2 a point) What do you suggest for a future project topic for the small group project topic? We have decided to restructure the current work week as we think it leads to unhealthy levels of  stress, burnout, and overload for adults. We have given the option to either have individuals continue with the current model of working 5 days (2 at home, 3 in office) or the option of  4 10-hour days (completely in the office). We want to determine what will lead to greater productivity, reduced absenteeism, and less stress. Please define and provide an example of  ex ante and ex post efficiency analysis. How concerned should we about this in this scenario? Why?

We have been hired by Walmart to design an intervention to reduce turnover by eliminating or reducing burnout from their workers. In the comparison group, the store cuts their shifts for two weeks, which reduces their burnout. The intervention group does not have their shift altered. What type of bias may have happened?

We have been hired by Walmart to design an intervention to reduce turnover by eliminating or reducing burnout from their workers. As we cannot assign people to work at Walmart, we utilize quasi experimental. This results in us not being able to have cause and effect conclusion.
