At the beginning of every quiz/exam, I need to show the proctors (using my webcam) the following:

I understand that I must remain in full view of my webcam for the entire duration of my exam.

I cannot take breaks during the quiz/exam, unless my accommodations allow them. 

For exams and and any quizzes where work needs to be shown, after showing my work to the camera, I need to do the following:
